Why should I report an Issue with Learn German?

And the game don't have any single way to ask for questions about how it is used, which is just awfulIt's a very creative way of learning German, and very helpful inincreasing vocabulary, but I would suggest that it needs an instruction in answering certain types of exercises.It seems to have an okay concept but there is no context to most of what happens in this app.

2. It doesn't even tell you what the words translate to 90% of the time, it turns into an uncomfortable and frustrating guessing game more than half of the time.Holyy crab holy crab holy crab ! (im not sure if it would be appropriate to curse for an app review).

3. It pronounces a word for you and you have to spell it out, but it doesn't tell you the translation of it or of the sentence it's used in like "Die Sehenswürdigkeit is schön." "Sehenswürdigkeit" means "showplace" or "sight" and translated it means "The sight is beautiful." There is no way an English speaker would be able to find that out on their own with the image they gave, which was a random building of some sort.Hi. The experience with the app was great.

4. There was no direct link from the email (stating someone had played a move) to the game itself, and once the app was open, it didn't allow me to continue games with users I knew I had started games with.Well done, Goethe Institut.

5. That is all.The game is ok, but could someone tell me what's the notifications in the minigames section are? Because at first I thought it was to play minigames but I touch one or another and nothing happens, and I don't know if the game has a bug or I'm doing something wrong.

1. Fix Learn German Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn German: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn German App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn German" » Open Learn German » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn German » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn German app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn German servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn German" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn German app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn German might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn German. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn German then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn German not working

2. Fix Learn German Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn German be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn German not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn German may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
