Why should I report an Issue with NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner?

1. The scanner works for scanning the code I needed but the export option costs a dollar and there is no indication anywhere of what you can export to.

2. I realize it was only a dollar, but how disappointing.The scanner works for scanning the aztec code I needed.

3. I purchased for the dollar hoping to see .csv or standard text but the only options were both email and both of them crash the app instead of opening in email.

4. tried to open the app today, and kept saying 'NeoReader keeps stopping' tried clearing cache, data eyec still same.

1. Fix NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner" » Open NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NeoReader QR & Barcode Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
