1. But how does that help, when you are not able to send my faxes to the 1-866 number that I need communicate with? When calling the number from my phone, it answers properly every time, so why do you report "no answer" and "call failed" every time I try sending a fax?I used this app a while back and it worked, I have tried sending two faxes recently and it says it's been sent but the company hasn't received them.
