1. Fix Koelner2go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Koelner2go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Koelner2go App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Koelner2go" » Open Koelner2go » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Koelner2go » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Koelner2go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Koelner2go servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Koelner2go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Koelner2go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Koelner2go might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Koelner2go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Koelner2go then reinstall.
