1. Fix Face Dance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Face Dance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Face Dance App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Face Dance" » Open Face Dance - Bring Your Selfie » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Face Dance » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Face Dance - Bring Your Selfie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Face Dance servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Face Dance - Bring Your Selfie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Face Dance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Face Dance might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Face Dance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Face Dance then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Face Dance not working
2. Fix Face Dance Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Face Dance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Face Dance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Face Dance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have the app and a free trial and want to keep it because it’s great. But I will cancel it if I cannot get the duet option to work. All single faces work but not duets. None of the duets work. It acts like it wants to work but never ever loads. Very disappointing. Why is this and how can I fix it before I have to cancel it?

Hi. My son downloaded your app, Facetime, onto his phone around 3-4weeks ago. I did not give him permission because he didn't tell me that it was not free. I realized he had done so when I noticed a debit coming out of my bank account weekly in the amount of $5.29 on the dates 8/2/2022, 8/9/2022, and 8/16/2022. According to this schedule, one will come out tomorrow. I request that you stop that transaction so that it does not go through, close the account he opened, and refund my 3 payments of $5.29 each. It was downloaded around the first of August, possibly end of July. The email address he used is nikkilove3411@redacted. Last 4 numbers on my debit card are 8141.
