Why should I report an Issue with Pubtran?

1. Due to demands of transport info supplier, Pubtran could not continue as a free application.

2. To save the app, we joined Seznam. cz and quickly rebuilt it on their data.

3. Unfortunately, as a result we will temporarily lose some functionality.

4. We work hard on restoring the app, and making it better than it was before.

1. I once missed a very important bus due to this.One of the best public transport apps, it will automatically try to determine not only from where are you going but also where to depending on your history and also allow you to pin that time to your notification, and much much more...Very convenient, and accurate, although it is occasionally have to play with the departure times in case you are familiar with the transfer stop.Absolutely brilliant app.

2. It just fails at delivering the most important function.Good to see UK services back! Improving but work still needed to get all possible routes included particularly Croydon Tramlink and London Tube.

3. Anyway, it is best from all competition by far.Very useful app, as it shows all possible connections to get somewhere, including how to walk to your destination from the final stop.

4. It would be great if users could set slow/average/fast transfers to get more realistic connections.Amazing at estimating total journey times including walking to the stop.

5. Maps of routes look really good but can't see tube and London interchange maps yet.Sometimes the transfer times are very tight, but doable if you can run fast.

6. Some minor problems with the app (for example it prefers transport, where you walk as little as possible - that would be very nice to be able to set up by the way.

7. Precise and Perfect with regards to the live timings of bus, tram and metro !!Because of this application my first two weeks in Prague goes awesome.

8. Only thing that could be improved is the show of delays - especially for trains those are not quite accurate.When it works it is pretty good.

9. Like if to prefer time against not traveling by foot or the other way around.) I would love if the app had some comments on the reliability of the links.

1. Fix Pubtran Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pubtran: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pubtran App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pubtran" » Open Pubtran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pubtran » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pubtran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pubtran servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pubtran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pubtran app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pubtran might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pubtran. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pubtran then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pubtran not working

2. Fix Pubtran Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pubtran be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pubtran not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pubtran may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
