1. Love the fact that it's ad free.Wow!! This is the first time I've installed an app like this, it's so beautiful... unexpectedly calming, it looks so real it doesn't look fake at all I love it ♡Far too much pops up instead of a candle... and when you finally make the candle appear, is kind too simple, almost primitive looking.

2. Also the simplicity of this app is great! Free with no ads what more do you want? Only thing I say is that it doesn't really explain very well what the paid version does.

6. forces onscreen buttons to show at all times.Candle extinguishes itself each 30 seconds and had to be re lit.

7. Maybe defaulting to infinite time would be more intuitive.Great App.

1. Fix Red Candle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Red Candle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Red Candle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Red Candle" » Open Red Candle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Red Candle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Red Candle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Red Candle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Red Candle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Red Candle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Red Candle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Red Candle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Red Candle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Red Candle not working

2. Fix Red Candle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Red Candle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Red Candle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Red Candle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
