1. You won't know if you exceeded your limit as you will be warned once you login when it's late.It is a great app to use, I have used it for 2 years with my old portable Wifi router, however, I renewed my contract and received a MTN Hisense H220m MIFI Router with Chipest : ZTE ZX297520V3 and I am having a problem in seeing the battery level, everything else works fine, except the battery indicator, which is staying on 0% even if the router is fully charged.Works pretty well... However today I tried connecting to the app to check my usage and I keep getting an error that says "connect to ZTE hotspot" I have always been connected to my ZTE router and haven't disconnected.

2. I was using Huawei Wi-Fi before and that router have a option for blocking the unwanted users so they cannot connect to my router.1. this page does not show when app was last updated.

3. I would greatly appreciate having the following options: 1) A way to block and unblock devices connected to my wifi 2) A way to create schedules to turn off and on the router.

4. Pls let the users of router customize their connection setting and empower them to turn on 4g only mode.

5. There is no option for blocking unwanted users like if I found a person is using my Wi-Fi without informing me, I cannot block him because there is no option to block him.

6. I have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, also forgotten the WiFi and reconnected but still get the error.App works fine but has room for improvements.

7. I have unable to access my WiFi modem admin messages through local host (Chrome and other browsers) but have been unable to do so.

8. But it crashes after showing the router on the main screen.

9. UNINSTALLED because unusable.I can't set my router setting on 4g only mode.

10. 3) Displaying battery level on my notification bar 4) Alerts when battery has reached a set threshold say 20%its not bad, but i found some issues.

11. Hoped with this app, I could manage my ZTE router from the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZTELink Lite Issues

1. Fix ZTELink Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZTELink Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZTELink Lite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZTELink Lite" » Open ZTELink Lite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZTELink Lite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZTELink Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZTELink Lite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZTELink Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZTELink Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZTELink Lite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZTELink Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZTELink Lite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZTELink Lite not working


2. Fix ZTELink Lite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZTELink Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZTELink Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZTELink Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
