1. In my opinion, there must be an option upto 100 GB for a monthold versions are best, newer version has lots of bugs, please fix them as I have login and set 3 numbers , when i open the app next day then App show nothing login account, and when i am trying to login I have attempted one time after that Apps display message that please try again later, I am going to old version of my zong app until you debug the bugsZong service is Soo bad.

They are doing scam with Monthly package, I activated monthly package of 100 GB for high charges , it's not working, connection is Soo bad , actually they are making their customers fool for huge data package , they know well , connect is poor, it's not working for whole month, I can use only 10GB out of 100GB in a month due to bad service connection.

3. + Subscription model is outdated, it should have given 2-3 days of relaxation after ending date of package.MY ZONG almost perfect, but there should be a wide range of options in the "Make your own bundle" section.

4. What a pethatic service.It doesn't remind if your package is going to expire, no notification considering todays innovation, extremely disappointed.

5. I activated monthly digital max package and my data was not working.

6. And Zong calculations are higher, ex: If I use just 1mb, zong record that as 10mb to itself, but after 6 to 8 hours, counter becomes normal.Almost app is good.

7. Worse app not work properly everytime you have to restart your phone on any type of package on everyphone.

8. There are some free service all are fake and scam .App is not running on my Android phone.

9. Kindly fix this issue please.Update: ZoNG is now my secondary network.

10. Zong is really bad service.

11. It's pathetic that we have only 16 GB data option for whole 1 month.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Zong Issues

1. Fix My Zong Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Zong: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Zong App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Zong" » Open My Zong » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Zong » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Zong app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Zong servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Zong" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Zong app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Zong might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Zong. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Zong then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Zong not working


2. Fix My Zong Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Zong be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Zong not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Zong may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
