1. 25GB of space is nice, though.So far, my experience with the app is that 1) if you upload files from your gallery (for cloud storage) it'll create a separate folder for each individual photo that's been uploaded, meaning hundreds of one-file folders in your phone's gallery and 2) it's unable to upload plain text files, however it can upload PDFs, Word docs, and others.

2. No fingerprint/code security zoho mail app.Since update, no longer able to access my account! No problem for over a year! Now I have absolutely no way to access my info on my phone ! My session is no longer valid! Log back in? But how in the hell can you do that on a blank screen?Hey Zoho, I installed Zoho documents.

3. I highly recommend using a different product.I just tried this out to see about replacing Google, but having an Android notification for each individual file is the dumbest idea when batch uploading of 178+ images causes 178 individual notifications.

6. I'm the administrator and can access Zoho docs from a browser but not from this app.

7. Common.What is the purpose of this doc suite? Says "download zoho docs on playstore", displayed from within the Zoho docs app.

9. It's fine that Zoho stopped development but they still don't have a replacement available for personal use.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Document Management Issues

1. Fix Document Management Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Document Management: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Document Management App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Document Management" » Open Document Management -Zoho Docs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Document Management » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Document Management -Zoho Docs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Document Management servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Document Management -Zoho Docs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Document Management app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Document Management might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Document Management. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Document Management then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Document Management not working


2. Fix Document Management Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Document Management be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Document Management not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Document Management may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
