1. Got a new device, reinstalled app but it won't let me sign in or register, keeps saying network issue please check network settingsYes it's a low budget helth tracker, but life time is too short.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DroiHealth Issues

1. Fix DroiHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DroiHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DroiHealth App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DroiHealth" » Open DroiHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DroiHealth » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DroiHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DroiHealth servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DroiHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DroiHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DroiHealth might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DroiHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DroiHealth then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DroiHealth not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DroiHealth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DroiHealth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DroiHealth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Today I bought a smart watch that uses your app, but I have now the last 2 hours tried to be registered on the app but it does not work, it says network error every time but there is fine network for everything else, so I tried on another mobile phone but there it is the same problem. So it looks like my new smartwatch can not be set without your app even if it is connected to bluetooth. I hope you can help with this problem otherwise I will return the watch to seller tomorrow.
