Why should I report an Issue with Storysome - Books,Web Novel?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'd love the option of paying for a completed book.Torn on my review, it's truly a great app with great stories, my issue is that each chapter costs a fair amount and you burn through coins quickly.

2. I hope they fix this in the future but overall great stories and app function.I find it to be great, but I feel that chapters are too expensive(the amount of vouchers needed to go to next chapter) but if you are okay w only reading a couple chapters a day, then it is genuinely free.

3. I'd pay that for the completed stories here as well instead of buying two or three hardback books worth of coins especially as it's per chapter and you never know if the author is just going to stop updating.

4. Stories are good but could it be free? It's really fascinating to read! Would be great if it was free of charge.

5. Very enjoyable, but it's not free, you get only a few chapters free and that's about it... A lot of the stories are really good and character traits are put very well.

6. Customer service on the other hand- tried to notify them about a purchase but it keeps coming back saying email is full... then acted purchasing the chapters, it seems like it can't deduct correctly so I'm l left with less than what I'm suppose to be.. so can't even get the correct amount.

7. It's hit and miss.It says free.... You do have to watch a bunch of ads in order to earn coins which than is used to unlock chapters.

8. At the rate in which you get coins, it would take about a year to read a book for free.

9. Additionally, the app auto purchases and rechecks auto unlock every single chapter which is really annoying because you cannot unchecked it until you are out of coins and have to buy more potentially which makes it hard to keep track of your balance.

1. Fix Storysome Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Storysome: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Storysome App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Storysome" » Open Storysome - Books,Web Novel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Storysome » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Storysome - Books,Web Novel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Storysome servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Storysome - Books,Web Novel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Storysome app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Storysome might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Storysome. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Storysome then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Storysome not working

2. Fix Storysome Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Storysome be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Storysome not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Storysome may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
