1. Android says it cant start app because it has bugs.Doesnt even let me login saying the password is incorrect but I am doing the same thing at the same time on my PC wihtout any problem...its trashDoes not open anymore, continuously crashing.It was good application for chats and videos calling.

1. Fix Zextras Chats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zextras Chats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zextras Chats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zextras Chats" » Open Zextras Chats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zextras Chats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zextras Chats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zextras Chats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zextras Chats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zextras Chats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zextras Chats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zextras Chats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zextras Chats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zextras Chats not working
