Yes.Fit Customer Insights

1. The visuals (photos and maps) they show you while you are working on a race are a nice feature that other virtual races don't have, so it's a great bonus! The rewards for doing the races are amazing and of the highest quality.

2. I used to be able to go to the rewards section after I started a race and buy a shirt or medal separately from the "race purchase." Now I have no cart, no way to adjust my rewards order in paused races except through customer service.

3. I love getting my medal in the mail! The only issue I've been having lately is when I manually enter my miles - I select the date and it makes me enter the time twice.

4. I highly recommend YesFit!I love this app! Between the races, the medals and the superb support group of users, it is keeping me motivated to workout and to go above and beyond on my daily steps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Yes.Fit Issues

1. Fix Yes.Fit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Yes.Fit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Yes.Fit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yes.Fit" » Open Yes.Fit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yes.Fit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Yes.Fit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yes.Fit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yes.Fit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yes.Fit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yes.Fit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yes.Fit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yes.Fit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yes.Fit not working


2. Fix Yes.Fit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yes.Fit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yes.Fit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yes.Fit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
