1. Good luck keeping your user baseAs a pro subscriber, I work with video editing a lot (which costs 1 credit per 15 seconds) What i find suspicious is how difficult it is to edit a video to 15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds.

2. Can't recommend FM until it makes serious improvements.This app is trash, it's not convincing and it makes you watch a 30 second ad every time you do a face switch after the 1st 5 times which is free.

3. For this reason be wary of paying for this app.Works relatively well if (1) the face you're replacing has a shape similar to the one you're replacing it with, and if (2) there are not too many faces in the video (the app will get confused).

1. Fix FaceMagic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FaceMagic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FaceMagic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FaceMagic" » Open FaceMagic: AI Videos & Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FaceMagic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FaceMagic: AI Videos & Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FaceMagic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FaceMagic: AI Videos & Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FaceMagic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FaceMagic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FaceMagic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FaceMagic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FaceMagic not working

2. Fix FaceMagic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FaceMagic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FaceMagic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FaceMagic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
