Also editing on some of the books is horrible.I found a wonderful book to read , had trouble logging in , had to disconnect from my Internet for the app to work , now I have read all and waiting to have more chapters , it says that they are uploaded daily , to my disappointment im still waiting , I have sent feedback and have been ignored , such a pity as the stories are really good .I've purchased 600 coins but it didn't add to my account so I messaged their facebook profile.

2. I have purchased coins but not received till now... My money is debited and now I'm just contacting customer care and mailing them but still no response received from their end.. I attached payment screenshot on mail but still no coins recd... It's really disappointing, this app is not user friendly app for sure.Expensive. Promises daily updates but that doesn't happen.

Worst experience I have ever had with a reading app.Loved the story I read (which is the only reason there was 2 stars given) however the cost of having to repeatedly buy chapters or bulk buy chapters was costing more than an normal book of this content would and the story wasn't even anywhere near finished.

4. Either way reading on this is impossible and not worth the effort, also looks like it would be extremely expensive since 1000 coins is £10 and each chapter is around 20 coins! Avoid avoid avoid.I had an issue with my coins not being added after I made my purchase, but they have resolved it immediately.

5. I did not like the app because I paid to purchase the coins, money was debited frim my account but I didn't receive any coins.

6. They also gave me free gifts! Yay!I like the stories but started a book that has follow books and can't find any of the other books.

7. If you are going to do that make it easier to find the follow on booksPurchased recharge points to carry on reading a book to which I have not received them.

8. It suck to pay for stories that you can't finish because they never update or you read 5 short (1-3 pages) chapters and don't get another update for several weeks.

9. I tried contacting customer service which led to a facebook page and when I tried to send a message, I was notified that the content could not be displayed.

10. It seems that there is more concern about the cost of each chapter than whether or not a reader loved the story and wanted more from the author.

1. Fix Beenovel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beenovel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beenovel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beenovel" » Open Beenovel—Reading Hot Web Novels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beenovel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beenovel—Reading Hot Web Novels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beenovel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beenovel—Reading Hot Web Novels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beenovel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beenovel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beenovel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beenovel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beenovel not working

2. Fix Beenovel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beenovel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beenovel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beenovel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
