1. Since they can't respond to tickets within the designated time period, let alone DOUBLE the time period, I will finish this book and move on to another reading app.You have to allow the app permission to make and manage phone calls.

2. Who's paying for thes e stories, children? And now this.. unable to open app *Still unable to open app on my tablet after 5/31 update and was NEVER able to login on my phone due to UID error.DLed to read a book I saw an ad for.

3. Nothing but crashes for 36hrs straight.. try to send crash reports and even they drop out.. multiple people are experiencing this and NOTHING has been said or done yet to fix it.. I even deleted and reinstalled the app and it STILL crashes..I do the reading it doesn't count the time read, plus once I get the vouchers they suddenly dissapear especially when I have enough to unlock a chapter.

4. I can read the book little by little, but forget about reading rewards! It says you can earn and collect rewards for the time you spend reading, but it hasn't ONCE rewarded me for it.

5. It won't let me open it without giving that permission, so am uninstalling! They have NO REASON to want to make & manage phone calls on my phone!!!!Unable to open app after last update.

1. Fix VolcanoEbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VolcanoEbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VolcanoEbook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VolcanoEbook" » Open VolcanoEbook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VolcanoEbook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VolcanoEbook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VolcanoEbook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VolcanoEbook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VolcanoEbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VolcanoEbook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VolcanoEbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VolcanoEbook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VolcanoEbook not working

2. Fix VolcanoEbook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VolcanoEbook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VolcanoEbook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VolcanoEbook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
