1. For me, sailing in the gorge, the pro forecasts and live sensors are indispensable.Despite having a fully paid subscription to windalert, I note the forecast information is gone.

2. What a ripoff when I already have a fully paid pro account.iwindsurf human Pro forecasts dictate my day.

3. This was a heavily use app for me.free version is ok but upgrading for the wind stations, forecasts and real-time data I actually want doesn't work.

4. I am rarely let down by iwindsurf in choosing my windsurf gear for the day - or deciding to grab my mountain bike instead.Used it for a few years now.

9. What happened to the wave height portion of the app? Am I missing something? I recently had to uninstall & reinstall the app and now the wave portion of the chart isn't there.

10. Even their feedback form is broken and won't let me submit it without selecting something from dropdown menus that don't show up.

1. Fix iWindsurf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iWindsurf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iWindsurf App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iWindsurf" » Open iWindsurf: Weather and Waves » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iWindsurf » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iWindsurf: Weather and Waves app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iWindsurf servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iWindsurf: Weather and Waves" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iWindsurf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iWindsurf might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iWindsurf. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iWindsurf then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iWindsurf not working

2. Fix iWindsurf Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iWindsurf be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iWindsurf not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iWindsurf may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
