1. I have used fish weather app for years with very good accurate weather conditions , in the last 4-5 months the winds and weather forecasts for the favorites I have saved been off by a country mile the turn around and change plans kind.

2. Love this app so much I bought it, even though the free one is just as good!As a captain on the Eastern shore this app was laid out great, and was accurate.. used this for 5+ years, then apparently they got greedy, and without paying for a subscription the app is useless.

3. Not impressed.This WAS the best app running on the market for living on the water but recently it stopped loading the maps and now even after reinstalling, it still doesn't work at all... real shame because i turned a ton of people on to using it for years now.

4. RodI'm a charter boat captain and absolutely loved the free version of this app up until the point they changed it (Aug or Sept) and required subscription.

5. Love the hourly predictions, and they use a bunch of weather models merged together to forecast which is usually spot on, especially if you are looking for small windows to take advantage of.

6. Oh, and the widget has me open the app for my location (I do), and then asks me to open the app for my location again...and again......never works.Easy to use, but the tidal information is not accurate in my area.

7. Clearly it's High tide at my house (live on waterfront), but this app and all weather stations are reporting low tide was one hour ago and high tide is 10ish hours away.

8. What is discouraging to me was no notice of change I don’t lol I have dumped fish weather app and trying new ones.

9. Now it's just an uninstall.Very accurate, works well for our ocean fishingWas a great app since the changed it.

10. Probably moving on to Windfinder.As a commercial fisherman, I have found this app to be the most accurate and best layout for my needs.

11. Ended up being about 4ft by 7 seconds like the other sources predicted.

1. Fix FishWeather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FishWeather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FishWeather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FishWeather" » Open FishWeather: Marine Forecasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FishWeather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FishWeather: Marine Forecasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FishWeather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FishWeather: Marine Forecasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FishWeather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FishWeather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FishWeather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FishWeather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FishWeather not working

2. Fix FishWeather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FishWeather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FishWeather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FishWeather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
