Why should I report an Issue with Surfline: Wave & Surf Reports?

1. However, I have 40 breaks I frequent (or wish I did) from Ireland, Italy and Hawaii to various Asian to Latin American breaks (been to all) as well as 20 at home in FL; so, the quick access to those reports, from vids and photos to swell reports etc via the saved favorites is indeed a winner.

2. I pay for surf line premium, which I love, but on android you don't get specific spot reports, no ideal conditions information, no cam rewind, no pinch zoom in, and more missing features.

3. (Magic seaweed seems far less reliable though their software is probably a lot better).Spotty connection and latency video quality combined with an average terrible ad lineup, which may have a skip button yet the button doesn't work.

4. *Don't download or update! The new app is as bad as closeout sets on your head, I can't find the biweekly videos on my local breaks around venice, the wind charts are worse.

I like having my home breaks and certain focal points/indicators at the top of the list when I'm at home but when I travel up the coast, it would simplify my search if my favorited breaks could be listed north-south (or vice versa) like they are on the webpage.Fantastic app, but extremely better on iOS.

6. On the approximation you could see next to no swell, but at the same time there could be a high-energy wave present that would affect water visibility and would not show on approximation.

7. Having had premium for a while I didn't see the need when the reports were enough knowing the diction and location, but the ads just make it silly to use to watch the feeds sometimes.

8. Update... Now the weekly and weekend forcasts don't show up on any spots as they did before and I can't even find the cast in the news or video sections.Good app.

9. Additionally, there are many missing features like can rewind which cannot be acessed.Won't allow me to save PW, so have to look up each time I log on.

10. Very important feature has been removed from the new interface design, where you could see multiple swell directions, their height and period.

11. The mobile app has improved tremendously over the years (especially for android.) My issue is with the new beta update.

1. Fix Surfline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Surfline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Surfline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Surfline" » Open Surfline: Wave & Surf Reports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Surfline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Surfline: Wave & Surf Reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Surfline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Surfline: Wave & Surf Reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Surfline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Surfline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Surfline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Surfline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Surfline not working

2. Fix Surfline Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Surfline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Surfline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Surfline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
