1. ( Nothing is wrong with these.)Some really good books but need more then just the daily check in to gain energy for free.The app is okay but it would be great if it had videos that one can watch and earn free gems like most of the other appsNeed to add more ways to earn free coins to read more chapters without having to buy coins after just reading one chapter.

2. One star for now since i cant sign up and unable to continue reading, I will rate 5 star once you fixed it.The biggest draw back is that the reader couldn't earn any extra coin except daily check in reward.

3. It then says network error It also is not saving where I am up to so I have to try find where I was when I try get back into it.I've got thirty or more book apps and this is one of those that don't allow you to earn coins.

6. I used ta pay for some coins but they won't let me use Google pay anymore only PayPal and I don't use that so apps like these are worthless to me.If I could zero rating, I would.

8. It cost to much just to read a book specially when I can get a book from Amazon on my Kindle for less.

9. Cannot afford to buy coins so I just make my own endings.

1. Fix Readfic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Readfic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Readfic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Readfic" » Open Readfic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Readfic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Readfic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Readfic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Readfic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Readfic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Readfic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Readfic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Readfic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Readfic not working

2. Fix Readfic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Readfic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Readfic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Readfic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
