1. I reported it more than a month ago about crashing on S6, so far no response.Getting Error, i tried to call from India in morning, not able to connect,, in US time zone it works... Yesterday i recharged account.. need to call urgent but unable to callUse outside of unspecfied time zone (in the U.S.?) gives error message of incorrect time and failure to even register.

2. Anothereise I like this app but solve this issuesThis app works well in earlier times but now when i call Indian or international number it just ring on app but never reached other side even call get started when other person never recieved a call.

3. At first they give 200 Daily bonus coins but now it's shifted to Only 30 not even 100🙂 And sometimes the calls only rings but not reached to other side and when call get picked it Only errors sounds comes.

1. Fix WePhone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WePhone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WePhone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WePhone" » Open WePhone: WiFi Phone Call &Text » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WePhone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WePhone: WiFi Phone Call &Text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WePhone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WePhone: WiFi Phone Call &Text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WePhone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WePhone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WePhone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WePhone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WePhone not working

2. Fix WePhone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WePhone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WePhone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WePhone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
