1. Is there a late fee ( if you receive the notice on the 21st but it was due on the 20th was there a late fee?) The third party biller states that there will probably be a service charge for the billing BUT they don't list it.
2. Even the Wellcare website is difficult to use.Drug cost lookup is USELESS!!!! Update didn't help the issue.
3. There is no transparency in billing; they give a total but don't indicate what it's for, two months, one month and fees? Billing is through a third party and again there is no transparency.
4. Quite often the part of the app I'm trying to use is not working - I get a lot of 'we're sorry, try again later' messages.Can not set up wellcare+ It says it is sending me a verification code by email but I don't receive any.
5. If the app improves somewhere down the road, will gladly update.Not impressed with billing.
