1. After a few measurements, the monitor will not connect to the app and there's no way for a user to retrieve any readings other than by connecting to this app! The readings stay on screen for less than 5 seconds and then poof, gone!I have tried several brands of BLE BP monitors with not so good results.
2. If connection always worked I would give it 5 starts.Great looking, clear and concise interface, with one exception: it's totally useless! The BP monitor connects using it's own pairing logic within the app, rather than the native bluetooth interface that's built into EVERY smartphone.
3. It shows ads in it for other welch allen products BUT THE LINKS DO NOT WORK, it also shows ads for products I have and lower tiered products, if i bought the 1700 series I will never buy a 1500 series, and i probably won't buy acsecond bp cuff either.
4. My current data is a mixture of mine and another person in the house with no way to delete out the readings that don't belong to me.It's buggy but ultimately does work.
5. Inital setup is screwy and not intuitive, i.e., i couldn't figure out how to get from the set up screen to the results. The app looks great and is easy to use but the readings do not sync with the app.
6. I tried a new email address and it will not send an email to a different mailbox using a different phone.
7. It can show you a graph and table and it can send you an email with the readings.
8. Device seems great, well built and accurate, but not smart at all. It's a decent app, but lacks some key features.
9. It can connect up to the blood pressure device and display readings.
10. The WA BP works very well in that it connects easily with the app and transfers the readings since last sync.
11. Non-pairing seems to be the worst part of this company's app along with the devices not pairing up with the phone.
