1. At least the site manages full screen playback better.Hey, I'm from Canada, and I've been trying to upload a video but when it's time to submit the video it asks a few question date of birth state phone number but there's no option to change it to North America is anyone else having this issue! I mean the arrow is there to switch it but everytime I click on it it just stays on United States.We were trying all day to submit our entry for the Starbucks Rewards Challenge and the app kept giving us error messages and force closing.

2. I love Ellen but this android app sucks, while video playing, the CC button and screen sizing button on top right doesnt not work at all.

3. Full screen is not FULL screen, buttons doesn't do anything, the screen keeps turning off while video is still playing, video quality is... unknown.

4. And what I believe are the 🔥"hot topics" are (and were prior to the crisis) from several months to a year old! No, I'm not impressed.Anyone else having problems with videos lagging and the app crashing.

1. Fix ellentube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ellentube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ellentube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ellentube" » Open ellentube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ellentube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ellentube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ellentube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ellentube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ellentube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ellentube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ellentube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ellentube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ellentube not working

2. Fix ellentube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ellentube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ellentube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ellentube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
