1. The only benefit that's different from the default device app I find though is that it works across devices based health tracking softwaDoes not always work and sets you behind from other team members which makes it more rewarding to not use the app in the first place because the setback is discouraging.
2. I had to hook up Samsung Health as a secondary step tracker because WalkingSpree lost steps data from Google Fit.
3. In my case it's my Samsung phone and the Samsung Health app which at least once or twice a week fails to record steps or records something other than what makes sense.
4. I had hoped to use it to participate in a company team challenge but at this point it's just stressing me out.Good for group tracking but seems to constantly lose connection to my note 20 ultra, and will be unconnected until I open the app even though I have background sync enabled.
5. Support gives a suggestion that does not work, but I NEVER allow my apps to notify me about whatever they feel is important, as none of these things interest me in the slightest.
6. I'm now also syncing with Samsung Health so we can monitor all three apps.Easy to use.
7. HOWEVER, they told me it was because Walkingspree only syncs "verified" steps from Google Fit.
8. When shopping for more devices there are no Google watch nor Samsung watches.
9. For starters, it sometimes takes an incredibly long amount of time to sync with Google Fit, and it sometimes prompts me to sign in, which can be annoying.
10. Walkingspree cant connect to apps that record actual distance using GPS so for me it's not at all useful.
11. It should reconnect automatically. The integration with samsung health is very slow.
