1. On two separate occasions, one of the items that I loaded a digital coupon for would not ring up at the sale price once at the register and I was told that it's because there's a possible delay in the time that you load the digital coupon and the time that you actually use it.Good intentions but badly programmed.
2. Digital coupons won't load, and end up freezing the app, and it's not easy at all to select items I need for my shopping list.
3. That, and being able to make a shopping list with real-time prices so I can budget before I even go to the store.The convience of shopping at home through this app with a large family, as two parents who work fulltime is a blessing! The app is designed very well and is organized well.
4. Please work on this app, because the other features are pretty useful, especially being able to load digital coupons.
5. Example if you search paper plates you get other items having nothing to do with this item in the search results like #9 birthday candles.
6. Really a programming mess.I Love the convenience of being able to shop and having the items already for pick up.
7. Not perfect, but it allowed me to create shopping lists with out too many issues, and allowed digital coupons to be loaded without a hitch.
8. Today I just figured out a fix that worked for me! When it opens up to the log in screen go to the top right and click on "open in Chrome" (or whatever main browser is your default browser) and log in using the browser not the default ShopRite app browser!!! It worked fine!I've been putting my order in online for years.
9. I wish the shopping lists stayed the same and didn't have to transfer back and forth when shopping from home and in-store because it duplicates items.
10. The one thing that could be improved is the timeliness of activating the digital coupons once you load them to your account.
11. not sure what happen in the past 3 weeks but I do know that I am no longer able to see a photo of the coupons that I want to download or have loaded on my card.
The zero at the end of our ShopRite account is not showing in the app. 471016669770 Whenever I load digital coupons, it does not load at the store when using my card at checkout because of the zero at the end is missing and the app and physical card do not match. I cannot correct this on line. Can you please correct this?

Six months ago my email account (walkway121@aol,com) was hi-jacked, everything is captured and sent elsewhere. I need to delete the entire account and start anew in order to do business with you. I was stricken with cancer and now shop at Acme (Wildwood NJ) for pickup by a friend for me. Acme is not doing the job very well. Also, Shoprite is telling me my phone number (609-600-3993) is a Voip number which it is not, it is a Tmobile phone. Please help!
I tried deleted my old email address (newsj74@redacted) Waited awhile...heard nothing. Then tried to open a new account (maralynnlindstrom89@redacted) no luck. what should I do next?

One of the cashier's took my pin now I can't reset it
I cannot get into digital coupons. I have been using same info for years. Now it’s telling me invalid password. Reset it a couple of times. Still not working. Can you please delete this account and I would like to start over with a new email and password? Please help! Thank you!
