Why should I report an Issue with Vyng - Spam-Free Dialer, Caller ID and Ringtones?

1. Restore back R&B videos and other videos whereby someone can select as a group ringtones with different video inside.Looks like this version has difficulties.. Not user friendly... There is no category of videos to choose.. Do you have to go through all the 1000s videos in the trending to choose a default.. Maybe you could have a category of genes or a search button to search.. Unlike the previous version u can search for video you like.. Pls check this if possible.. Thank you.Awesome app.

2. Would have merited an absolute 5 star except for a simple flaw......The videos i choose from my gallery appears to be bigger than the screen hence, it cuts away fractions of the informations otherwise, i wouldn't mind giving it a 7 star.

3. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!This app use to be good but the new version is so disappointing that i feel like uninstalling it now... Disconnecting a call is now two click , and when you want to just silent the incoming call with volume jacker the sound turns off but the vibration doesn't.

4. You guys should work out a way to make my videos fit perfectly and adjustably by default to the actual size of the phone screen and I'll be back here with 3 extra stars cos this app deserves it.This app is just a waste of space in my device .

5. :/i loved the app before because it had many contents and songs but now all the contents are just useless!! you tell me who keeps a failarmy video as a ringtone!.

8. For example, when I'm on a call and someone else call on the other line it always go straight to voice mail and when I look that's when I notice I have several miss calls which can be very annoying and frustrating.

1. Fix Vyng Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vyng: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vyng App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vyng" » Open Vyng - Spam-Free Dialer, Caller ID and Ringtones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vyng » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vyng - Spam-Free Dialer, Caller ID and Ringtones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vyng servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vyng - Spam-Free Dialer, Caller ID and Ringtones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vyng app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vyng might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vyng. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vyng then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vyng not working

2. Fix Vyng Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vyng be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vyng not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vyng may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
