Vyke Customer Insights

1. The App also disconnects the audio and microphone when the screen goes into sleep mode, although the call remains connected so when you wake up the screen you can continue to talk but for those few seconds you cannot hear them and they cannot hear you.

2. It will be more good if you decrease the price of yearly subscription and call rates.You guys should really work on rates or should provide unlimited calling packages too.

3. When I make a call with this USA number I don't hear any voice from other side.

4. If you enter a number one way, it is considered a local call in the nation you are calling.

5. Too much bad experience, i bought vyke number for paypal but could make.The app has always been so great but ever since I updated the latest version.

6. I used it to call Landlines, the connection on my side seemed OK but those on the other side had very poor connections.

7. But if you enter the same number a different way, the app considers the call long distance.

8. The only solution is to disconnect the call, turn off the headphones, reconnect with bluetooth and dial again.

9. I''ve never previously had these issues with these headphones on the same device with other apps.Very reasonable price and super clear reception.

10. Try to get me a solution for this.Don't buy any number from vyke for paypal creation, because paypal don't accept their numbers.

11. I have Install the app and register one united state number but it's not properly working.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vyke Issues

1. Fix Vyke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vyke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vyke App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vyke" » Open Vyke: Second Phone/2nd Line » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vyke » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vyke: Second Phone/2nd Line app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vyke servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vyke: Second Phone/2nd Line" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vyke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vyke might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vyke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vyke then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vyke not working


2. Fix Vyke Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vyke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vyke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vyke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I'm using vyke since 1st June 2021 .My parent Number is 0303-4088766 while my purchased UK number is +447868797569. Someone used my phone without my notice and get OTP from my phone and got access to vyke in another phone.
    Please delete my UK number on another device.
