1. If I could change anything it would be eliminating the window for taking the metabolic quiz that opens every time I access the workouts.The meal plan and recipe guide are just just pdfs.
2. I love the Youtube video shortcuts to see how the excersise is performed, and the option to mark off days.The videos are good, the reading materials are terribly laid out.
3. Plus, the " workout calendar" doesn't keep track of the days it's box icons with links to the video...again interactive.
4. I had an issue with the meal plan I paid for it and 10 days later still didn't have a meal plan.
5. The feedback from others that states you don't get access or have to make additional purchases (etc) I'm guessing didn't pay attention to what they paid for.
6. By far the worst experience ever immediately asking for a refund.I feel like your 90 day calendar should auto mark off when workouts are complete.
7. It gives me an error code back-to-back whether it's trying to download the training or the workout log the recipe book my grocery list everything.
8. The reading deserves one star, but the videos bump my rating up because those seem fine.Worst work out app.
9. You can't rewind the videos, so you have to reload and start each one over any time you don't understand something.Keeps me motivated.
10. Then, all these selections provide you with a weekly meal plan with a shopping list.
11. Workouts are great so far, as I don't have a lot of time and these are quick and to the point.
