1. I try to get free credits from WATCH THE VIDEO but unable to get & its continuing last 5 months.It's all fraud app I did more than 60 dollar But I checked the balance later then took all without inform any thing They will not even reply if you contact them because they know well who are they and what they're doing fake appThis is so good app.but dont know sometimes it stops loading free credit videos.and as old version has expired so its not available for hvawei 635.kindly provide old version too.or some new version for hvawei635.thanxWhy is the balance cut going on? Watching the video, I am increasing the balance, then the direct 150 or 200 is being cut at once.

2. All is okkkStill its taking long time to get connected to another voico user who is online.. For whatsapp and messenger there is no delay if we try to call.. am incresing to 4 stars because eventhough it delays for some time, it servers the purpose..Not Working now.

3. whatsapp calls are almost instant, still am wondering why such a delay for the calls to get connected... please correct the issue.It is very good app that most like from other free app.

7. You would use outgoing calls and texts to keep your costs low while in wifi or use data to keep costs lower.

8. It's Good but internet connection little problem with voice and app voice have some other sound that is another problem.

9. But I wonder now if it was just using my sim and plan?...if the app is not in an open state in others mobiles its taking 45-50 sec to get the ring there.

10. It shows as your number or whatever number you input on calls but texts do not work to regular numbers.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Voico Issues

1. Fix Voico Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Voico: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Voico App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voico" » Open Voico: Free Calls and Messages » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voico » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Voico: Free Calls and Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voico servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voico: Free Calls and Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Voico app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voico might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Voico. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voico then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voico not working


2. Fix Voico Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voico be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voico not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voico may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
