Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VitusVet Connect Issues
1. Fix VitusVet Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart VitusVet Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the VitusVet Connect App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VitusVet Connect" » Open VitusVet Connect » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VitusVet Connect » click "UPDATE".
- Clear VitusVet Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VitusVet Connect servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VitusVet Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check VitusVet Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VitusVet Connect might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall VitusVet Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VitusVet Connect then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VitusVet Connect not working
2. Fix VitusVet Connect Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VitusVet Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VitusVet Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VitusVet Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
