Why aren't the support replying I just purchased the virtual sim credit and number but I'm unable to call with it ...It keeps showing connecting and later it stopped without connecting to the person I called....I can't make calls with it..The text message delivered successfully and i can receive but can't make calls...I have contacted the customer support through the mail but no one is responding...why.I do not understand where the bad reviews are coming from.

3. Please do not download this app as it is not free at all.I bought two different US mobile numbers on Virtual Sim in order to use it with PayPal for the US and both numbers got rejected by PayPal.

4. Virtual SIM implies that these are cellular numbers, but they are VOIP numbers, which you can get for free and don't require a SIM.

5. Cannot sign in with phone number anymore on android, and with iPhone keeps saying error: you have entered incorrect pin 3 times.

6. They didn't give me any trial so I tried paying them 5 euros but nothing works I never recieved anything(OTP) form insta telegram WhatsApp or anything.

1. Fix Virtual SIM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Virtual SIM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Virtual SIM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Virtual SIM" » Open Virtual SIM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Virtual SIM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Virtual SIM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Virtual SIM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Virtual SIM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Virtual SIM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Virtual SIM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Virtual SIM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Virtual SIM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Virtual SIM not working

2. Fix Virtual SIM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Virtual SIM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Virtual SIM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Virtual SIM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
