1. The unfortunate thing is it doesn't fully sync to my galaxy watch! So I have to imput everything! Not a bad thing but would be way more convenient if I didn't have to! If I could Sync my sleep steps ect to the stats and habits it would be so nice! So it gets a 4/5 hopefully soon enough all smartwatches will be able to sync fully so I can give it a 5 star review thenThis app needs a LOT of work.

2. Obviously, only subpar apps have to have this done because I have much more superior apps that keep my activity just fine without having the reinstall fixes all mantra.UPDATE. Still awful, though app has improved, syncing with phone is inconsistent at best.

3. Reset device, disconnect, reconnect, Uninstall app,reinstall,clear cache,disconnect from bluetooth,reconnect, restart phone and more.

4. What has been most frustrating is that on several occasions this year, the app does not sync with Google fit.

5. And wouldn't be so bad if healthcare didn't depend on lousy app.Horrible. All the recent feedback shows the same issue, app no longer syncs with devices.

6. I find this app hard to navigate, inflexible and time-consuming, so save yourself the aggravation and don't use it!This app does not sync steps.

7. There's just this terrible loop of " no data yet..get tracking" followed by clicking back to the stats area, where are no fields to enter the systolic/diastolic readings, nor anything the click to get to them.

8. It will not sync my activity level in real time or any time for that matter.

10. First, it's impossible to track your blood pressure, if the app doesn't provide a field to enter it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Virgin Pulse Issues

1. Fix Virgin Pulse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Virgin Pulse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Virgin Pulse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Virgin Pulse" » Open Virgin Pulse » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Virgin Pulse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Virgin Pulse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Virgin Pulse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Virgin Pulse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Virgin Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Virgin Pulse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Virgin Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Virgin Pulse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Virgin Pulse not working


2. Fix Virgin Pulse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Virgin Pulse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Virgin Pulse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Virgin Pulse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
