I called help desk, they cant help.When i did the contract for 2 years they newer informed me that to use the TV i m going to need to use a TV antenna, When i requested to keep the phone contract and stop the tv, they told me that i can not do it because i already signed the contract, Now i have to keep the TV Antena on the balcony and if there its heavy wind then i would be unable to watch TV.....BE CAREFULL IF YOU EVER DECIDE TO GET A CONTRACT WITH A1.....They are scammers.... 3. I have 50 GB free national internet, that is renewed every accounting period, but this time , with the new accounting period the whole amount od 50GB free national internet was spent.
