1. I unistalled the app and reinstalled it but again the same problem! I emailed the ViMo team three times and got no reply! I feel like they stole my money! 2. I can recieve but when I try to make outgoing calls the problem appearsPlease solve the call duration of the all of calls some times we can't see the call durationI thought by now this new version would be better, so many attempts in buying number but it kept saying Network Error, try again.

3. Cant call anyone it keeps poping up the microphone access alert.

4. They don't accept other countries debit card which are not approved by paypal.

5. However, since the last two months the app stopped working and I had about 10 euro in my account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ViMo Issues

1. Fix ViMo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ViMo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ViMo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ViMo" » Open ViMo – Cash out instantly » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ViMo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ViMo – Cash out instantly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ViMo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ViMo – Cash out instantly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ViMo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ViMo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ViMo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ViMo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ViMo not working


2. Fix ViMo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ViMo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ViMo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ViMo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
