FX Master Customer Insights
1. But my problems are, first, in order to make a video to have a somewhat realistic point of view, one has to position exactly where the special effects would appear (try making a video of yourself shooting Superman's laser beams with those beams coming out of your forehead).
2. If these minor problems are fixed, I'll change my review.This app is cool, I mean who doesn't like making special effects to fool others.

Uninstalled after 4 minutes of testing it .. try again developers.....Terrible app Bombarded with ads ( despite the developers responding to the same issue on another review stating they will "make it better" ) The trial is full of ads, the unlocked price is too expensive both on the monthly and annual subscription.
4. Second, for some reasons I can't share my video to social media platformsSo I'm glad I got the trial before anything, my hand doesn't fit into the outlines given, which is unfortunate.
5. Other than that, nice!Honestly, its cool seeing all the special effects.
6. I'm hoping to try this again someday when they can actually make it follow your movements rather than trying to blindly follow the videos movements & location.It can be good when used to it's full potential.
7. Save your money and use hitfilm express where you have greater control and freedom if you have access to a pc or laptop.Can't navigate the app without getting bombarded by ads.. like a ridiculous amount of ads.
8. But, as someone who enjoys doing special effects, it sucks how limited it is.
9. I still think this is a cool app though! Maybe, like Snapchat, it should follow the hand like augmented reality does, or if it is a cgi thing.
10. I could cobble together a lot of these effects for free using Hitfilm express on PC.
11. I thought it would be more designed to sense where you are and create an effect from that but that isn't how it seems to work.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FX Master Issues
1. Fix FX Master Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart FX Master: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the FX Master App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FX Master" » Open FX Master » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FX Master » click "UPDATE".
- Clear FX Master app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FX Master servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FX Master" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check FX Master app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FX Master might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall FX Master. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FX Master then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FX Master not working
2. Fix FX Master Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FX Master be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FX Master not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FX Master may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello! This is Maraya. The sister of the owner of this account. I would like to get a refund for the subscription since my brother accidentally subscribe on the app without me knowing it. At first it didn't go through reason why I received insufficient funds message but when I transferred funds to the app I am using it credits me and that's the time I dig up the account to know where it's coming from. It will be a big help for me if you will help me. 2500 is a large amount 😟

Apparently i downloaded the free trial just to try it out and after that i thought i canceled it, but apparently an amount of 54.99 euros was taken from my account now and i would please like a refund because it was never my purpose for this free trial to become a paid subscription. Hi I am Yusuf ,I wasn't aware about fx master billing it's customer. On the 25th of July fx master debited 19,500 from my bank and I wasn't aware of the transaction. I immediately cancelled my subscription with them. But please I need the money back I contacted my bank to contact the fx master for my refund. They said the fx master (merchant) declined the transaction and i have the debit alert of the 19,500 going to the fx master account please help me

Just want to cancel my subscription and can't do through google play, so rather than mess me about just send me an email confirming its canceled even though i only wanted to try the free trial you charged me the full price of the year subscription when i didn't even approve this transaction...
