1. Really love my mental health coach; she's awesome! Thought tracker is awesome! But recently tried to do the meal tracking portion of the app and it's abysmal.
2. I'm on an Android, using the latest OS and version of the app.Great for mental health counseling but terrible for tracking food.
3. Thus, I end up having to save it with the amount that it pulled up from the scan, and then go back into it once it saved to my food list to change the amount of the item.
4. Easy to adjust and get back on track.So far I'm liking the Vida program itself and working with my health coach.
5. While I really like the app and coach aspect and the content, the food logging area has some serious glitches.
6. Plus not being able to use my bluetooth while on video chat with my health coach.
7. Logging food is difficult if you change the default amount.
8. If I scan a UPC, it doesn't change the calories appropriately when I adjust the amount of the item I had.
9. Also is it necessary to keep telling or reminding me to message my health coach as I do that regularly.
10. All the recommended readings are helpful and keeps me on track to be competent in managing my health and sharing the benefits with friends and family.
11. This is a pain.The program and coach are fabulous!! The App SUCKS!! Tech support is just rhetoric so I don't mess with it anymore.
