1. It notifies you instantly when you have results lets you see everything! Gives you directions to the Dr's offices! You can message your Dr, nurses, whole medical team directly from app! Only thing it should do is give actual check in time! So when you make an appointment 3-6 months down the road u remember to be there 15-60 min early not at that exact time so they don't cancel U That's been my only issue.

2. I also was able to complete my lab test on site with very minimal wait time.This app is GREAT! You can see your appointments, test results, medications... even the Dr's notes! And it's so user-friendly.Teaching me how it works and how I can take care myself very well.

3. 💯 10/10 ⭐️Lots of info stored with easy access...usually! However, I came upon a message that I had "no data" and couldn't do the E-Checkin for an appointment for tomorrow, that I just made a few minutes ago.

4. Personally, I observed knowledgeable staff, caring personalities, eager to hear health conditions, and suggesting courses of action that were tailored for my individual needs.

5. It's very easy to use and all your information is readily available.Love this app..Can see lab results without waiting for Dr's office to call with results!Great app.

1. Fix SaintLukesKC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SaintLukesKC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SaintLukesKC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SaintLukesKC" » Open SaintLukesKC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SaintLukesKC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SaintLukesKC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SaintLukesKC servers.
