1. But, lately, I can't even save a photo without the damn Premium ad popping up and not even saving the damn photo! So, okay, you're meaning to tell me that in order to save any more photos (Even from the FREE filters), I gotta pay Premium? NOPE, thanks but no thanks! It was fun while it lasted, but it's time to part ways.This app used to have so many free filters to use, but now they literally don't have 1 free filter lol.

2. Even if I try using the free filters, the subscription ad keeps coming up and my pictures aren't saving! It only lets one particular filter save my pictures.

3. Feels like they don't even care about their users.I totally get the idea of basically forcing users to get the subscription and advising people to use a non-premium filter in order to be able to save your photos, but you guys... it doesn't even work like that anymore.

5. I opted for the 7 day free trial to give it a try, and quickly realized that if you want to upload photos from an album, you are taken to camera roll with no option to browse your folders.

7. I would not recommend this app to my late boomer friends.The new version of the app is very different and why is there a subscription now? I was happy to get the app back because I loved using it, but now, it really makes me miss the old version where my pictures would actually save.

1. Fix Retrica Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Retrica: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Retrica App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Retrica" » Open Retrica » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Retrica » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Retrica app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Retrica servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Retrica" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Retrica app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Retrica might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Retrica. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Retrica then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Retrica not working

2. Fix Retrica Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Retrica be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Retrica not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Retrica may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
