1. Really, there has to be a better way.Why does the app not allow you to upload PDFs? Only images? Pretty outdated platform.this company doesnt care about its clients they know we are required to use them and pay for their services, so they make a subpar app that only serves to comply with hippa they make you change your password every so often, but lock you out without warning until you change it, which can be quite the surprise when you try to log in at a hospital first thing in the morning additionally load times are long and occasionally if it logs you out it will continue trying to load indefinitely it sucksThis app sucks !! Says it needs an update but there is no option when you tap on the prompt , it just wants you to add their horrible battery draining app on more of your devices .

2. If my password does not work at the terminal it ask for my email and other info and them it tell me I am not in the system.

3. Not a reliable app.Horrible app, year after year after year... Updates never load, password resets every quarter, can never "sign out" on app.

4. I can't remember a single time it has worked and printed a badge with my picture.since the update app doesn't work.

5. After I have checked in, I get a reminder that my pin has expired, the system does not communicate with the hospitals.

6. Useless, time consuming, inefficient, cumbersome, and a full money grab from industry! GHX/Vendormate Sucks!!!Honestly works great.

7. I have every background possibility shut down in monuoe and battery settings yet it continues to run in the background once I leave the app.

1. Fix Vendormate Credentialing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vendormate Credentialing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vendormate Credentialing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vendormate Credentialing" » Open Vendormate Credentialing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vendormate Credentialing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vendormate Credentialing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vendormate Credentialing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vendormate Credentialing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vendormate Credentialing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vendormate Credentialing might not work.
