1. It also means that you have to provide a whole bunch of additional information including private information about your own credit card or bill payment app.Just about the most miserable app experience you can have if you're looking for the restaurants that *are* in Seated but not located in one of the few large cities they list.

2. Some brainchild decided to change it so restaurants are listed on the map by reviews as opposed to rewards, which is the whole reason you're using the app in the first place.

3. A nice idea, but useless to most of us.This used to be great, but now instead of giving you the discount on the amount that the restaurant charges you when you send the receipt by photo they will only reimburse you based on your own bank receipt.

4. I want so badly to help out those restaurants, especially since they're already paying a monthly fee to be included in Seated.

5. I've tried it 4x now (3 delivery orders and one reservation, which I did just to see if the issue was just with deliveries.) Each time, a fully eligible receipt was not accepted, and I spent 30+ minutes on a chat with their support to ultimately get it approved.

7. If and when you double-book, I would suggest you only do it with restaurants that have walk-in options in Seated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Seated-Reservations & Rewards Issues

1. Fix Seated-Reservations & Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Seated-Reservations & Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Seated-Reservations & Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Seated-Reservations & Rewards" » Open Seated-Reservations & Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Seated-Reservations & Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Seated-Reservations & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Seated-Reservations & Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Seated-Reservations & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Seated-Reservations & Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Seated-Reservations & Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Seated-Reservations & Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Seated-Reservations & Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Seated-Reservations & Rewards not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Seated-Reservations & Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
