1. I literally have to search for the location I want on Google Maps if I want to see the class schedules at any location other than the one my app is stuck on.Security is extremely concerning because someone was using my account to check-in.

2. Thank goodness some of the group classes are walk in, or else I'd never be able to attend them.I've had this app since 2018 and I genuinely don't think I've ever been able to do a single thing on the account tab the whole time.

3. VASA, you really need to invest more into fixing your app.Since this last update, I am unable to see other locations or search their class schedules.

4. The class schedule also never works, I've been logged out for no reason several times, and it doesn't accurately track check-ins.

5. The gym itself however, is great!Everytime I go to the app it says "system error, the app can't talk to the servers right now" un-installed and reinstalled, forced stopped, tried on a d off wifi, restarted phone.. nothing.

6. I can't see the class schedule, it never keeps track of my check ins, and there's almost always an error that pops up.

7. I have to change the filters every time I want to see the class schedule and book a class.

8. It's not even set to my home gym, it's set to the last location I searched before doing the update! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help.

9. All in all, this app is nearly useless... but it does let me use the barcode to scan in, so thats about the one good thing it has going for it.

10. This app has access to so much in your phone, then doesn't work? That's scary! I went to app info and the app is using data, but doesn't work.

11. It's becoming really irritating.I don't normally leave reviews, I work in Mobile development so I'm savvy to the plight of Android app development, and how frustrating an underserved bad review is.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VASA Fitness Issues

1. Fix VASA Fitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VASA Fitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VASA Fitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VASA Fitness" » Open VASA Fitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VASA Fitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VASA Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VASA Fitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VASA Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VASA Fitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VASA Fitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VASA Fitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VASA Fitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VASA Fitness not working


2. Fix VASA Fitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VASA Fitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VASA Fitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VASA Fitness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
