1. I paid for one month just to see if the benefits were worth it, and it shows when the last time members have logged in and 90% of them haven't logged in for six months to a year.

2. They need to curate their user base or give a search filter for last time online.this used to be a good app but its changed a but since I last used it.

7. VU stands for view all your contacts, ITS MANDATORY, if that weren't bad enough this app also demands to manage phone and make calls otherwise you can't open it at all.

8. Switched phones, and when I went to install on my new phone its demanding access to my contact list and phone calls.

9. On the first screen where you hold to open the password screen, it simply is inactive and doesn't work.

10. When searching for profiles, the location you set doesn't seem to take, it will still show me people from Canada and USA even though I chose UK.

11. The radar gives me a headache, because its synced to your phone's gps, it wobbles so it's hard to select profiles in your area.

1. Fix VU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VU" » Open VU:BDSM Dating& Fet Life Style » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VU:BDSM Dating& Fet Life Style app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VU:BDSM Dating& Fet Life Style" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VU might not work.

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
