Little did I know, I have been deducted for all the search I made today which left my account insufficient to comnect with strangers.ðŸ˜Please return the old version so many people can appreciate the app.This app is sooo awful I was just trying to see how can you get you get coins 😤🙄 don't download it for the newbies because you have to find out how to get coins 1 Star worst app everYes I bought 300 coins, so I thot, I received them and immediately got them taken by the app before u could use any of them.. I wouldn't recommend downloading this app let a lone spend money on it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LivU Issues
1. Fix LivU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart LivU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the LivU App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LivU" » Open LivU - Live Video Chat » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LivU » click "UPDATE".
- Clear LivU - Live Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LivU servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LivU - Live Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check LivU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LivU might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall LivU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LivU then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LivU not working
2. Fix LivU Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LivU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LivU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LivU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
