1. For a long time, the device couldn't make up its mind weather or not it wanted to track all the features, like BP or sleep, but things like HB and BP,are spot-on accurate when they work.

2. Does more, brighter screen, battery last 5-7 days.Overall not the very best free app but it is starting to rank up there! I did have an issue of it disconnecting from my phone.

3. It does want lots of permissions, but the hardware I have does have options for call notification, text notification, and a number of other things, so the permission requests don't seem out of line for that.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Yoho Sports Issues

1. Fix Yoho Sports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Yoho Sports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Yoho Sports App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yoho Sports" » Open Yoho Sports » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yoho Sports » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Yoho Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yoho Sports servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yoho Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yoho Sports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yoho Sports might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yoho Sports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yoho Sports then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yoho Sports not working


2. Fix Yoho Sports Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yoho Sports be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yoho Sports not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yoho Sports may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello so I recently received one of the watches and it won’t connect to the app. So I charged it the band turns on. My Bluetooth is on and everything but where I got to devises the thing just spins and stops doing nothing it can’t even recognize the band very frustrating

I have trouble with my Yoho Sport Band. When charging it does not show if it is charging or not. I have downloaded the app and set up notification, smart alarm but when I want to display settings it will ask me to bind first and when I try to find band it syncing. The agreement form is not showing to the end for me to agree to it and other features are not showing i.e. not showing where to subscribe . In short I have not being able to use the band at all since I purchased it. Please help me.

Bought my watch yesterday.. fully charged when I got home. I wore it today for the first time, hit almost 4000 steps then all of a sudden the watch vibrates like mad and rests itself to just 30 steps. What the actual fk? I don’t even know what happened but it’s not great exactly is it??

trying to cancel my subscription to yoho sports is impossible. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for more than two months. Your product is cheap junk that stopped working after two months. All the instructions found on the web do not work. I found a phone number but it only had 8 digits. Guess what a phone number is supposed to have 10. Your company just rips people off. I have asked my bank to complain and get the last two months payments revoked. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING THIS MESSAGE. I hope this message is not just part of your fraud.

Hello, Every time I try to install Yoho it looks as though it's downloaded, then the 'install' option displays again. I've seen from other useless 'help' sites that I'm not the only one with this issue. I've re-started my phone, cleared history, cleared cache, cleared Google apps cache - nothing works. Galaxy S10e . Hi! Everytime I connect/pair yoho sports to yoho arm bracelet ID115 Plus via bluetooth but I have 2 issues with it: 1- cannot change/set the date, time is correct. 2- connecting the app via blutooth make the keyboard to disappear on my Samsung S20 FE. I have synced my wristband to my android and all seems to be working except my BP rate and heart rate arent syncing on the wrist band but is showing in the app. I have cut on all settings that need to be on and i have allowed everything possible in my settings on my phone. What am i missing?

My smart band gm115 froze at 7:15 am this morning, after I finally managed to synchronize it to my Noom App. Screen would not respond to my touch. I decided to charge it and after one buzz it turned black and never came back since. Just realized that somehow it’s still counting my steps since I saw them on the yoho App. ....???? Please Help!

The app is not tracking all my steps despite syncing daily. For example I did over 15000 steps yesterday and it only says I did 13 on the app. It is also stalling quite a bit.
