1. I'm able to scan my paperwork and communicate with my fleet manager.A great app for when the driver tech is down (which it usually is) you don't give us access to certain macros though and I don't understand why? I run Teams and it won't let me use the app while my co is driving, the auto detection seems to go off at odd times for some reason, I'll be on home time and check the app sometimes and it thinks I'm driving.

2. to anyone that's coming aboard with Usxpress the winning team in truckin a really great place to work where they treat you like a part of the team as well as family too*👀is my explanation that complicated! The HOS is in OFF or SB, the app still blocks usage if you slightly move.

3. The only positive is that it is easier to use than driver tech and offers freeform messaging (driver tech doesnt)This is useful for seeing my current load, and its details.

4. UPDATE: I switched phones and notifications say I have a new message and it shows who it's from, but when I open the app, it's not there and it says it's updating, it's been updating for 24 hours! HELP!App is not updating the information I need to get the job done.

5. The updating of the live contact and features for seeing load info is a bit slow and doesn't work properly at times.

6. works great! nice for getting your forms in, great for communicating with your fleet manager, everything that is on your driver tech/satcom is on this.

7. That being said I have only used it for a short time and I will see if it gets better and I am sure that it will be updated to allow a smoother and better experience.Really a great app.

9. The coding needs to change and update your permissions and privacy policy to reflect the link with DriverTech.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Xpress Issues

1. Fix Xpress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Xpress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Xpress App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xpress" » Open Xpress Mobile for Drivers » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xpress » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Xpress Mobile for Drivers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xpress servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xpress Mobile for Drivers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Xpress app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xpress might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Xpress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xpress then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xpress not working


2. Fix Xpress Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xpress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xpress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xpress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
