1. love the technique and the fact that I can rest in two minutes using this app more than I can in a 1 hour nap.as someone with a lot of anxiety, pause is a wonderful and reliable app for helping with the manageable anxiety attacksTouch and HOLD the dot/circle, when you let go it starts again.
2. My son has one for his learning disability and could use the app in the classroom to quiet his anxiety if available.Always helps me relax when I'm having panic attacks.
3. Wasted a good 5 minutes trying to work that out.I like this app but I don't get why it needs permission to access my phone id and caller information?! I uninstalled it.
4. I was under the understanding that once you install pause oh, it makes you pause before playing any video games or social media.

6. It sounds like bursts of static every couple of seconds.once, after a minute or two, the whole screen is covered in colour, the bubbly and "spotty" effect is gone.
7. nice idea, but needs improvement in order to become really exceptional.Please make this app fullscreen! There's unsightly black bars when it's on.
8. Completely worth it if you are trying to be more mindful or learn to meditate but your brain is overactive/anxious/ADHD and can't stand or get into regular meditation apps.

10. And as someone else said, it's makes me tense when by going too fast, or picking your finger up, it starts you all over again.Love this app.
