1. Thank you developers.What you are not understanding at the moment is that the old version was really helpful and superb.i had used that for studying head and neck anatomy and that was superb.the shiny skull in new model is annoying and some features like multiselect are also missing.you said in response to other one star comments that we added this and that but what did you add to skull model apart from changing colour and appearance.you just ruined it.you should include that old model in your app as well.It's really good! What would make it perfect is the ability to select and isolate multiple bones and the ability to reverse the direction of sectioning.

2. Being able to view the skull in cross sections gives a way better idea of the extension of various bones in different views and this is especially true for bones like the sphenoid, ethmoid, palatine etc.I really like the app.

3. But it really is very good regardless.Very nice application, with good features (like explode bones, detailed view, hide, fade etc.,). It improved my understanding of facial bones in the mid-face region.

4. DON'T perform self-surgery Incredible! I've taken a lot of anatomy classes My dad used to teach me when I was little...they made me cut up a DEAD cat and boil a DEAD raccoon...Became an EMT.

5. Another thing that I'd love to see in the next update is a revamped "section" feature, where you can section the brain and see it like in an MRI with white and grey matterIt was just amazing.

1. Fix Head Atlas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Head Atlas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Head Atlas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Head Atlas" » Open Head Atlas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Head Atlas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Head Atlas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Head Atlas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Head Atlas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Head Atlas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Head Atlas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Head Atlas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Head Atlas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Head Atlas not working

2. Fix Head Atlas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Head Atlas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Head Atlas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Head Atlas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
