1. seems to be an ongoing prob for a cpl months now (no updates since last summer looks like) so I wont give another chance in the future.I really liked the app to find events near me and used it often until the last update.

2. Then I got logged out and when I click forgot my password it sends a link to my email immediately and I click on the link within seconds of receiving it and it tells me the link appears to be invalid and to request a new link.

3. 🤷🏾 ♀️I’ve had the UNATION app for a couple of months now and it’s a game changer! It’s so convenient when I need last minute plans or planning a weekend with friends.

4. Don't recommend it sucks! It made me give it one star I don't think it deserves anyI've used this app for years! Now, won't let me sign in, wants you to create a new acct but it won't let you proceed to do it.

5. Click on a button whenever it does decode it wants to load...nothing opens.

1. Fix UNATION Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNATION: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNATION App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNATION" » Open UNATION - Discover Events » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNATION » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNATION - Discover Events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNATION servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNATION - Discover Events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNATION app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNATION might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNATION. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNATION then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNATION not working

2. Fix UNATION Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNATION be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNATION not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNATION may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
